Primal Living…Day 1

Day 1 is done!

Breakfast:  Turkey Breast, 2 eggs (picked this morning from our chicken coop), coffee w/milk (working on this one)

Snack:  Almonds

Lunch:  Spring Greens, 1/2 avocado, 1 boiled egg, grilled chicken, walnuts, bacon, Balsamic Vinegar

Snack:  Tangerine

Dinner:  Homemade fresh sausage (my husband makes his own fresh and smoked sausage), smothered okra, mixed fruit, Low Carb beer

Did a 20 minute workout this morning (yoga and some resistance training) and a 20 minute cardio workout tonight.

I was fine as far as cravings pretty much all day until 9:30 pm so, came here to post, then off to shower and bed.
